We have a 30 day money back guarantee for all unopened switch plates. If the plates are opened there is a 50% restocking fee. After 30 days a 20% restocking fee will apply to all unopened items and 50% to opened items. Please keep this in mind when you receive your order!

If you would like to arrange a return, please contact us by email BEFORE you send it back. This is so we can make sure you are shipping it back to the correct address and to track your return.

In addition, we also ask that you please include a copy of your original packing slip with any returned switch plate.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back returns.
